Hi Experts,

While converting my video with hand brake I received an error message.

I searched everywhere, but I did not find the answer.

Here is the error message.

Is there anyone who has an idea about this error message?

Please help me.

While converting my video with handbrake I received an error message

 You can try the following:

• Install a Codec suite on your PC, such as KLite Codec pack to ensure that you have appropriate Codecs for the video formats you want to convert.
• Use a different video converter such as Total Video Converter. jetAudio is a mostly used as a media player, however, it also comes with a powerful audio and video conversion plugin.

I could not read your screenshot, but would suggest you try to check if your source file or disk is supported by the Handbrake application.

You may check it on the official website handbrake.fr or Wikipedia.org

Once verified, check if your source file or disk has errors, as it will affect the conversion process.

Lastly, download and use the latest Handbrake software available to date.
