Which Is The Best Call Logging Software Open Source?

My favorite call logging software which is also open source is uservoice. To get a basic idea about it, refer screenshot attached at the end.
Although their free service has limited features, it’s still the best.

One of the best features is that it integrates with facebook seamlessly. Also, as you are typing, it will keep offering suggestions, just like google. It also has the option of sending you monthly feedback reports, so you can find out how you can improve.
