Hi everyone,

I want to add a new theme foe WordPress and for that I hired a person who knows programming and everything needed to be a tech Geek. But the problem is he is asking me in which do I prefer to create WordPress theme… I'm blank on this friends so please give me some knowledge on this I don't wanna look dumb in front of him. As I want a better and interactive theme.
