Hi,

Where to find specification of phone hardware? I got this new Samsung Galaxy S3 mobile phone device. I have all the details of its software capability and compatibility measurements as well. But, how would I know about the phone’s hardware? This is also important to avoid future hardware problems. Please let me know.

Thank you.

Regards, Rebecca Green.

Hi,

You can check for example a specialized website. You refer for example to this website. Or you can install some application to follow your hardware performance. CPU Spy allows you to see the lowest frequency used and especially the time in deep sleep (this application can be found on Google play).

For the battery, you can use BetterBatteryStats which only take screenshots: Partial wake locks since unplugged and kernel wake lock.
