Where can I legally download templates for expression 4?

Hello techyv.com!

I'am an anime artist, I used to draw both in papers, sometimes in the computer. But my applications weren't really that satisfying. Anyways, I like using Expression 4, but it kinda lack some templates that I need. May I ask where can I legally download templates for Expression 4?

Template Monster : It has Free, Demo and Premium Expression templates to download.

Expression Templates : Provides free templates from 6 different sources.

If it is, Microsoft Expression Web 4 is a free version, and it has all of the features and tools for designing, which may help you. You have to download Microsoft Expression Web 4, and it will give you the tools you need to produce high quality work.
