Where can I buy cheap laptop having a good specification and quality, what is its brand and what is the best season to buy it?

Where can I buy cheap laptop?

You can try the Acer Aspire 5349 which cost $280 and they also have a refurbished model that you can buy on cheaper price. This Acer Aspire has a reasonable specifications at a very affordable price.

This is a good deal considering that it has a dual-core Intel Processor which is best for Office applications, sending emails and surfing the net. Refurb or Refurbished models has some slight damage on its design or it may  have been sold and returned due to some minor issues.

There are many places you can get an affordable laptop, but then you will have to put the needs you want to use that laptop for in mind.  For instance, if you are a student, then laptop you will get won't be like that a journalist or a news anchor will need. Some of the places you will get the laptop include the following:

• In a store near you. You just need to visit any electronics shop near and have a thorough look at the available laptops and see if you can get one that fits your needs as well as what you have budgeted for it.
• Online. Sites like ebay have laptops and other electronics that you can buy and they will be shipped directly to you.
