I think my PC just got infected and so I am searching for free spyware removal boot disk. I have installed a few but I think my PC just get worse. Any recommendations?

Try downloading Avira, AVG or Avast. This anti-malware are free and updated weekly. It can remove all kinds of virus and can protect your PC from threats that coming from the internet. If your pc has already infected by a virus or malware, you will have a hard time installing anti-malware because malware prevents anti-virus to be installed in your PC.
I suggest back-up all your files that are not infected by malware and reformat your PC, in that way your OS will is new and no virus at all.

At present the only best solution against “Malwares”, “Spywares”, and “Viruses” is the Microsoft Security Essentials or Microsoft Defender. There is a wide variety of Anti-Virus, Anti-Malware, & Anti-Spyware software available, some of them are free to use and some of them have to purchased.
One more thing I want to tell about those software is that some of them are just protect your PC from Viruses, some of them protect your PC from Malwares, and some of them protect against Spywares only. There are very limited software available those give full fledge protection.
My choice is Microsoft Security Essentials. As it is free to use. Full version, you just need genuine windows. Microsoft Security Essentials is available for free to download & install in registered versions of Operating System. It updates automatically and scan your system for all type of dangerous things like Virus, Malware and Spyware etc.
If your computer is infected with a virus or you suspect that it is infected, I don’t think installing an antivirus at this point is the best solution because most of the time, when you install an antivirus in an already infected system, the malware or virus will prevent the installation. Sometimes starting the installation throws different sorts of errors.

It is not an antivirus that will monitor and protect your computer from viruses. It is just a tool for removing malware from a system that is already infected. This is a free program from Sophos that can remove hard to detect viruses.
The latest version supports Windows XP Service Pack 2 or higher, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1, and Windows 10. It requires at least 256 MB RAM and 80 MB free hard drive space. If you have an existing antivirus on your computer, don’t uninstall it. This tool works along side any antivirus program you may have.
When you use the tool and it detects a virus, remove it then repeat the scan until it no longer detects a virus.
