What are your top micro niche site builders for 2012?

I'm having a difficult time deciding whether to hire a provider or learn on my own (I am giving myself max of 3 months to learn). I've searched the net and found a number of freeware for micro niche site builder.

But if I am getting a paid service, can you recommend a good micro niche site builder? (preferably the one you have used this 2012).
