There is very little to choose between the two smartphone models cameras you mention above. Both have a 8MP camera, both with flash. The HD movie format on both is exactly the same.Â
Camera wise, they are basically identical, so rather look at other features when looking to decide between the two models.

But pixel density is bigger in Blackberry.

You have bigger Max Standby Time and Talk time in Samsung since the battery capacity (mAh) is bigger.
When it comes to picture quality, Blackberry has a better Front Camera Quality, meanwhile the rear camera quality is the same at both handsets.

As you may see, specifications between the two models do not differ that much, but regardless of all, Samsung seems to have better reviews than BB.
