Hi,

I was checking for updates on the web using Eraser interface, the application displayed an internal error. Can you provide me the proper solution step by step to resolve this issue? What should I do to fix it? I really need your help to fix it. Thanks.

Hello Jeremy

The problem here is not in your computer or your OS, the problem is with the Eraser program itself, you see after the last update realest lot of clients complained about this exact problem.

According to the Eraser homepage uninstall and re-install your Eraser to see if that works, if not then make sure you have the latest windows installed where you can find it and download it here, and reinstall Eraser again.

In case that did not work too then downgrading to Eraser 5 is your last option, keep a track of the Eraser 6 updates in their homepage and wait till the announcement of a new update with a Fix to this problem.
