Viper Error Message 00010004 Problem

Hi,

I installed my Viper, which was reconditioned. I’m receiving this error message “00010004”. I tried to fix all possible errors. I even cleaned the encoder strip using isopropyl. Please give me any procedure to fix this problem, or troubleshoot and find, which part is responsible for the error.

Viper Error Message 00010004 Problem

Hi Jose,

Look to check that the encoder strip is properly riding in the slot on the back of the carriage – which is sitting on  the front of the machine.

Viper Error Message 00010004 Problem

This problem is for installing an older version of Viper. My recommendation is at first uninstall this older version and install a new version.

To uninstall go to Start Menu>> Control Panel >> Add/ Remove software or program and aspects >> click on Viper.

Then download the latest version and install it. Your downloading time if you face any problem i.e. not starting downloading automatically visit here. Also if you find any pop up message like the below, just click “save file”. 

After finishing downloading double click on it to install Viper. Now enjoy Viper.
