Various errors caused by Antispyware 2012

Hi experts.

I have a Windows 7 computer installed with Antispyware 2012, and I've been having problems with the antispyware.  I looked around the internet for a solution, and one suggestion was to install Malwarebytes Anti-malware.  I also downloaded screen317's Security Check program (http://screen317.spywareinfoforum.org/SecurityCheck.exe) and started it.  Below was the log I got.:

Results of screen317's Security Check version 0.99.28
Windows 7 x64 (UAC is disabled!)
Internet Explorer 8 Out of date!

Please help.

Various errors caused by Antispyware 2012

Hi there! Well, I think you should restart your windows services. Here’s a step by step walkthrough on how to restart this, First when you click the start button, type “services.msc” in the search box then find the “Background Intelligent Transfer Service and choose Status, If it stopped, right click the “Background Intelligent Transfer Services” again and choose to start. Then next find “Windows Update” and click the status again like in the “Background….” If it stopped, right click and start. So ON.. After you find workstation and do the same, status, if it stopped, right click and start again. Then close. I hope this helped. Thanks!
