Unable to login into QuickBooks

Hi,

Got a problem today, in fact nothing was there till yesterday, I am unable to login into QB's either remotely, via the Internet, or locally via the network.

The server is working fine for other programs and access.

Then I tried to restart the Server, reinstall the QB connector software but can’t get rid of that problem.

 

Service Internet Access not Available!

Make sure that your home server has a working internet connection and then try again, Contact technical
support if this condition persists.

Unable to login into QuickBooks

Hi There!

I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues getting your WHS QB working.

Now, based on the error screen you posted, it seems that the problem is stemming from a firewall (or firewalls). 

All you have to do is open your firewall settings, look for QB's application file and enable traffic there. 

That should do the trick. 

If it does not work, 

1.) Close all WHS QB from all the computers in your network..

2.) Download the QB's diagnotic tool here —-(https://community.intuit.com/articles/1436686)—-

3.) Run the file and it will tell you where the disconnect is (sorry for the pun).
