Hi all,

Recently I bought a new Samsung HMX-H300 Camcorder and it is really amazing.

But, after taking the videos I am not able to import the videos from it. When I connect it to the laptop and try to import into movie, it is starting to import the videos, but just 10-20 seconds before it is getting stopped or stuck.

Did anybody faced this kind of issue? Please give me advise. Thanks in advance!

Samsung HMX-300 records video in H.264 (MPEG4 part10/AVC) format and in HD Video or SD Video. It is capable of playback and editing video recorded from this device on a personal computer using the internal software available with it. Like any other camcorder, there are limitations on its compatibility with other digital video formats. Samsung HMX-300 features allow you to connect to your Windows computer with a USB cable, using built-in Intelli-Studio editing software to save, copy, edit and playback photos and videos. You can also upload the recorded videos and photos to YouTube, Flickr, Facebook, and to other website. Item Requirements are; OS Microsoft Windows XP SP2, Vista, or Windows 7 CPU Intel® Core 2 Duo® 1.66 GHz, AMD Athlon ™ X2 Dual-Core 2.2 GHz, RAM 1GB, Video Card NVIDIA GeForce 8500, ATI Radeon HD 2600 series, USB 2.0 Direct X. It is highly recommended to use a higher version of the above requirements. Now, even the system satisfies the requirements, Intelli-Studio may not operate optimally on a slower computer than recommended. In case the version of DirectX on your computer is lower than 9.0c, we recommend to install DirectX 9.0c or higher. If you are considering on running Intelli-Studio on a laptop computer, it requires better and faster components than a desktop PC. Intelli-Studio is also not Macintosh compatible.
