Unable to do a system rating

Hello experts,

I'm not sure why but every time I clicked on the Rate this computer option, the Windows Explorer will restart. Also when I right-clicked Computer and select Properties, the same issue occurred. Why is it happening and what should I do to resolve it?

Can anyone help me through this problem?

Unable to do a system rating

Make sure that you have suitable power supply to handle your video card because power supply lower than what your pc config generally needs results in frequent crashes. If that's not the case check that you have proper cooling for your main board and especially your GPU.

Also run a virus scan to check that your computer is free from any malware.

Hello Anthony D Renda,

Your PC might have some issues. I recommend you to do a SFC/SCANNOW Command. It scans and repairs system files. To do this,

1. Click start menu and type cmd in the search box.

2. No in the cmd type sfc/scannow and press enter. Then wait some time till it is finished.

Now check if your system can rate now. It should solve your problem. If not then try this,

1. Open CMD as above and type winsat formal.

Your pc would take about 5-6 minutes and the problem will be solved I hope.
