ERROR_INSTALL_UI_FAILURE 1621 There was an error starting the Windows Installer service user interface. Contact your support personnel.
I am getting this Windows Error 1621[0x80070655]. The Error Message says :
There was an error starting the Windows Installer service user interface. Contact your support personnel.
Does anyone have a suggestion to resolve this? This is Windows Error Code ERROR_INSTALL_UI_FAILURE Message.

You will need to ensure that your Windows Operating System is up to date, and that it has  the latest patches as well as updates that are required for installer service to work properly installed. Go to Start on your computer and then search for 'Windows Update', and then run it.

You can resolve this problem but you have to follow some easy steps.
Step 1: First, you should start with a big tool; Speedy PC Pro. This program specializes in Windows repair. It fixes all errors related to Internet Explorer, JavaScript ActiveX and scripting issues. It will fine tune your PC for maximum performance. Here’s how to use this installer:
·        Save this installer to your desktop.
·        Double click on the icon on your desktop.
·        It will install to C:/Program files/
·        Click on install and follow the instructions.
·        Once installed, after launching it will automatically start a scan.
·        When finished, click on Fix All.
Step 2: You have to make sure that Windows is up to date and has the latest updates and patches installed. To do this you have to start by opening Windows Update. You can visit http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com for automatically loading.
Step 3: After successfully repaired this error you need to Re image your machine. Not doing this, error will come back again after a restart. It scans and diagnoses, then repairs, your damaged PC.
