Hi good day,

Do you receive some error message occurs when you access your account? To resolve this kind of issue follow these steps:

  1. Go to start menu, then Control Panel. Double click user account.
  2. Click add password or Create a Password.
  3. Type the new password and confirm Password filed. You can also fill the password hint (option) field for remember your password for future and click Create Password.
  4. You can check your account setting by Logging off and then logging on again.

To reconfigure the task, open your scheduler and when prompted provide the user name and password. Sometimes the error code occurred due to the registry problem. You can download also CCleaner software to fix the registry of the system. Thank you. Hope it helped.
