Hi. I have been trying blocking my number on Verizon but to no good. Can you please help me and tell me the steps to follow for blocking my number on Verizon, to block caller ID for a specific call and also how to restrict a number from calling?

Tech Guides – How To Go About Blocking My Number On Verizon

The steps so as to go about blocking my number on Verizon would be as follows: –

To block caller ID for a specific call

1) First dial *67 from your phone

2) Including the area code, dial the number to be reached

3) Then press the call option. A call will be sent to the other party not revealing your identity. Instead, anonymous or private will be displayed on his/her screen. –

To block caller ID for all calls

1) My Verizon page>block and unblock services

2) Select additional services

3) Click on caller id blocking

4) Press continue

5) A confirmation window will appear. Click on OK. –

To restrict a number from calling

1) First you are required to sign in to family base

2) Click on controls

3) Click on blocked contacts

4) Click on add blocks

5) The check box with the options such as block restricted, unavailable and private numbers should be marked Hope we helped.
