Symbian Anna Update 1/2 and 2/2 error

Hello,

I am trying to install Symbian Anna 1/2 and 2/2 but an error message comes that says that the installation has failed. Please help me to solve this error. Thanks.

Something's gone wrong There's a problem with installing: Symbian Anna update 1/2 and Symbian Anna update 2/2. There was a problem with downloading the application. Please go to Tools > Software updates and start the download again.

Symbian Anna Update 1/2 and 2/2 error

I think you are trying to install updates on your device. This error comes because of many reasons like when you try to update your device first of all you need to check that your device must have enough space to install updates because if your device don't have sufficient space update will not be possible, second thing you should check the connectivity between your device and your system. third thing you should check your source of connection that are they working well or not?  i guess you are trying to install updates through USB cable so check your USB cable is working fine or not mainly this error comes when your USB cable have some problem or when they don't work properly so check these things and try to install again may be your problem will get solve.
