Stop running script error in Internet Explorer

I need some help on an issue with Internet Explorer. It was working just fine till yesterday when I shutdown my PC.

But today morning when I opened it and explored yahoo site it started giving this script error :

Stop running this script?

 

A script on this page is causing Internet Explorer to run slowly.

 

If it continues to run, your computer may become unresponsive.

 

Can somebody please help?

Stop running script error in Internet Explorer

Hi there,

Internet explorer script running error usually shows when some functional code is not responding or cannot be read. In order to solve this problem you need to disable script debugging. To stop script debugging follow this steps.

1.       Open Internet explorer and go to tools menu.

2.       Here click on internet options.

3.       Now go to advance tab on the right corner of the top of this box.

4.   Find the disable script debugging option and uncheck it and click ok.

Now you will face one kind of notification box every time. Just ignore it and continue with your normal work.
