Sony Playstation mobile app error 8008103E

Hi Experts,

When I try to install Sony’s PlayStation Mobile app in my Nexus 7 Tablet I ended up with an error message. This error message does not have much information about the error. Therefore, I am confused why this error occurred. Please help me to find the root cause for this error. Is there any alternative method to solve this problem? Thanks.

Hi Gary,

Sony PlayStation app is not applicable to your device because it is manufactured by Nexus. That kind of application only works in Sony branded devices. You can install that application but it wont work properly unlike when you install it in Sony branded devices. You can search in playstore which is supported by google and applicable to you device.
