Skype doesn’t accept new contact

I'm using Skype messenger from last 4 years. I never face this kind of problem, I'm installing properly, creating user account properly, logging properly but when I'm trying to add people to my Skype account, it shows unable to add friends. If have any solutions, Please help me.

Hi,

This is very common problem for Skype. Most of the people are facing same problem. I faced this problem previously. But here you did not mention which operating system you are using? Also maybe you are getting one pop up message about your problem. Even you did not mention that which browser you are using in your computer.

Now please do as below. Hope your problem will solve.

Please check your computer that Firefox is installed or not. If not then please install it.

And please remember to default Mozilla as a default browser for your computer.

Then sign out your Skype and login again and now try to add contact.

Hope you can add contact now.

Skype doesn’t accept new contact

You are not shown about your friend and which version you used. Sometimes the old one may create this problem being more applicants. You can try to upgrade your system through remaining software.  And create new contact group to use continue. then have a solution. If it does not work then you have to reinstall your program, before install you can also try alternative solution.

Here: 1.Go to Skype 2. After sign in go 'Contact' 3. Advance and restore 'contact file'.

Or check your connection browser option to use in default and friend lists for spamming your id or not. it may help you. thanks for that
