Setting Up Whatsapp Favourites on Nokia C3 Failed-What Do I Do?

I am trying to set up Whatsapp favorites list on my Nokia C3 but it is giving me trouble. There is this error message I am getting; "setting up favourites failed…network condition don't allow contact refresh…" How can I go about this? I have confirmed the internet settings of the Nokia c3 for my network provider and they are alright. What could be the problem?

Setting Up Whatsapp Favourites on Nokia C3 Failed-What Do I Do?

Copy your contacts from sim card to your phone memory, This would allow the contact refresh. To copy your contacts from sim to phone,  Go to Menu Select Settings Select Sync & Backup Select Copy from device, Try another provider, As some providers aren’t supported for Nokia S40 series phones as Mexico’s network provider, Telcel, Also Portugal’s Vodafone network provider doesn’t support whatsapp on the C3, Brazil’s VIVO, Argentina’s Claro, And India’s Vodfone, Tata Docomo, Airtel are also on the list of network providers that don’t support whatsapp on C3.
