Hello Aaron,

To save image from PDF to Jpeg format there are various techniques. You can do it online by uploading your image at any of the following websites and they will do the job for you and its free.

  • Pdf2jpg
  • pdfjpg.net
  • Zamzar

Otherwise you can use image editing software like Photoshop or GIMP. Photoshop costs real money but GIMP is free so give it a try. All you need to do is:

  • Open GIMP
  • open your PDF file
  • Click on File and select "Export"
  • select "Jpeg" as the file type in dropdown menu of formats
  • Repeat the steps for each image you want to convert.
