Samsung Galaxy SII Auto Restart

I have a Samsung Galaxy SII. My Problem is that every time I call someone, after our conversation, My phone restarts automatically always, Another is that after I watch movies in it, it also restarts automatically. What do you think is the problem of it.?

Samsung Galaxy SII Auto Restart

Hello there,

Well do you have any third party application or software like NO LOCK installed in your Galaxy SII? If yes then uninstall them and then and check if the problem is solved. If you don't know which software is creating this problem then I would suggest you to create a backup and then reset it to factory setting and check. This will surely work and if still the problem persists then you better upgrade the firmware and this will definitely solve your problem. Good Luck,

Samsung Galaxy SII Auto Restart

You should to push call end button after your conversation has been finished.You can switch off it seeing movies.If you have felt that it is a problem that your Samsung Galaxy SII arises you call one person but it restart automatically always.I think this is a rare problem you may bring it to a repairing shop for fixation the problems.Or unfortunately you yourself restart it.I guess it is totally an abandoned apparatus which is now possessed to you.Ofcourse it is restart automatically then should you change it furthermore. You should not change any time.
