Hello,

After the install of Camtasia Studio was finish when I tried to open the program this error appeared. The reinstalling of the program is not helping and until now I didn’t find a solution. Can anyone help me please to fix this program ? Why is not working ?

If the error happens every time you start Camtasia Studio and reinstalling doesn’t help, check if your operating system is supported. Check the application’s system requirements depending on the version you installed. If you have an operating system earlier than Windows XP, you need to install a much older version of Camtasia Studio.

But if you have Windows XP or higher you can install Camtasia Studio 8. In case you are already using Camtasia Studio 8 and already installed the latest update, Camtasia Studio 8.4, it no longer supports Windows XP. It supports Windows Vista, Windows 7, and Windows 8. If the problem continues, you can download the missing DLL file.

To download the file, visit ATL100.DLL Download. Once it is downloaded, unpack the ZIP file. To install it, first, try copying the DLL file to the installation folder of the program requesting it. Run Camtasia Studio and see if it works. If it fails, copy the DLL file to “C:WINDOWSsystem32” and then try again. For 64-bit operating system, copy the file to “C:WINDOWSSysWOW64”.
