I’m not sure why you cannot remove or uninstall the said program since all installed programs include their own uninstall file. The uninstall file is an executable file that is responsible for removing the whole product from the system. The uninstall file usually checks the log file, usually “install.log”, to validate the whole product uninstallation process.

To uninstall your program, you can do it using the Add or Remove Programs applet from the Control Panel. To access the Control Panel, click Start button then Control Panel. After launching the Control Panel, click on Add or Remove Programs. After that a new window will appear. Select your software from the list of programs installed then hit the Remove button opposite to it then just follow the succeeding instructions after that. Restart your machine if necessary.
