I got a problem using mp 4 for blackberry. When I transferred the mp 4s to my blackberry, no video has shown but the audio is working properly. What seems to be the problem?

As far as your concern, yes! Blackberry does support MP4 videos. However, MP4 has several codecs just like other video file format and not all codes are supported. The codec of your MP4 Video isn't supported that is why you can only hear the audio.
