Problem in my Dropbox unable to send files?

Hi guys,

I want to ask a question that why I'm unable send files and folders in Dropbox. I use dropbox to send and receive I mean to share my work related files with my clients, but suddenly I'm unable to share. So please suggest me a solution to fix this problem. Also I have enough space left on dropbox there's not ny issue related to data left on dropbox.

Problem in my Dropbox unable to send files?

I guess you should check first if you have the latest version because most of the issues I encountered on my computer are related to outdated Dropbox. If you don’t have the latest version, download and install Dropbox 2.10.30. This is the standalone installer for Dropbox. After updating, copy your files to the Dropbox folder to upload it again to Dropbox then see if it works.

To share a file that you have uploaded, click on the Dropbox icon on the system tray then hover your mouse over the file you want to share then click Share Link. See image.

After that, a balloon will pop-up saying that the link to your file has been copied to your clipboard. Click on the balloon to show the link. See image.

After clicking the balloon, your web browser should open and it will open the page for the file you shared. Just copy the complete address of the shared file in the address bar and share it with your clients so they can download the file.
