On a Windows Vista machine I run the IDT ezWrite Workshop software that I have just installed for the first time and got the error message as follows:

“Run-time error '75' Path/file access error
The software doesn’t have any information on this error on the user’s manual.
The problem is unknown.”

Could I get a solution to this error?

I’ve already checked the system specifications of this application since I’m guessing that this is a system incompatibility issue. But unfortunately I was wrong. The software works on all Windows versions which means that, you don’t have any problem installing it on your Windows Vista regardless of the edition and Service Pack it is using. If this is the first time it happened on your program, try restarting your computer and then try it again. If this is a new installation of IDT EzWriter Workshop, you probably need to reboot your computer to make the program work.

If it still doesn’t work, try opening IDT EzWriter Workshop’s manual to help you determine what’s causing the problem. But before opening the manual, you need to install Adobe Acrobat first. To download the latest version of Adobe Acrobat, visit Adobe here. To open the PDF file of IDT EzWriter Workshop’s manual, visit ID Tech EzWriter Workshop User Manual.
