Print service error 808 followed by a 372 error

Hello TechyV buddies!
I think I have encountered bug error report on my printing service. I'm using XenApp Fundamentals 6, which is installed on my windows 2008 R2 Server, SP1. I also have Citrix Hotfix Rollup pack 1 installed. I use Citrix Universal Print Driver because I don’t have any print drivers installed in this server. I often receive an error message when a certain user tries to connect. Here is the error message:
The print spooler failed to load a plug-in module C:Windowssystem32spoolDRIVERSx643Cpupdui.dll, error code 0xc1. See the event user data for context information.
