Print driver shows error message

Hi guys.

I'm in need to get my newly acquired ULS PLS 4.60 Laser Engraver set up for some quick backlogged work.

I have found it assembled, exhausted, connected, and have the ULS driver and software loaded.

Everything seems in the right place, but I am receiving the below error message when I click on "Properties" in the print driver.

Need your help.

Print driver shows error message

Dear Alfonso Ty,

You have installed the printer successfully and found it assembled, exhausted, connected, and have the ULS driver and software loaded. But when you click on "Properties" (while printing), you receive the error message. Here you go through:

1. Check your "FIREWALL" (may be network gateway server programs or antivirus "FIREWALL"). Whether it check to send the packet data or not, to the destination. So first ensure your "FIREWALL".

2. You did not mention whether you installed CUSTOM or TYPICAL. There may be some error during installing the printer. You may remove the program, restart your PC and again install it carefuly.

3. You may also check Firebird SQL server whether protect to transfer your data.
