Powered Keylogger Installation Error Message

I am installing a powered keylogger in my pc but as soon as the installation was almost done an error message appear.

I turned-off my firewall, disable my anti-virus, and restart my computer.

And install again the powered keylogger but the same error message appears.

How can I fix this problem?

Setup – Powered Keylogger2.3.2.20.20

Installing wait setup installs Powered Keylogger 2.3.2.20.20 on you computer.

ERROR:

Internal error2(code#31).

Powered Keylogger Installation Error Message

Hi Erickson, Pls. inform me your PC specification and OS version,  click start.>my computer>properties .  And also, try to give us the security software(antivirus, spyware, firewall) running in your computer.  I will give you a link  so that you can check the compatibility  and update. http://www.eltima.com/rss/en-powered-keylogger.rss. I don't have your email, so I cannot send your diagnostic utility, because if you have it try to run the "PKdiag.exe and follow instruction.

By the way, if you are using windows 7, the version of your powered keylogger is not yet supported.
