“Player preferences Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the application will close immediately.”. What do I do with this? Anyone out there using Holdem manager?

Hi John J Houston,

Greetings! I think that you are lacking the system requirements of the game mainly the direct and the .Net framework, in order to do that, you must install the direct first and then the .Net framework, if I am not mistaken, the direct version is going up to version 11 and then the .Net framework is up to 5 or version 6. Install them and your problem will be solved.
