I have a problem using this Photoshop from an office. I usually download pictures from the SD card through Photoshop, but its not showing right now. I usually get the bridge to show me all the photos inside the card, but its not showing up.

Yes, I also download pictures from Photoshop CS4 using the bridge installed with it. May I know what version of PS you are using? You might be using the portable CS which does not come with Bridge add on apps. If you want to use the bridge, it must be a full installed PS CS3 or CS4, where the bridge app is included during installation.
The portable PS does not come with that feature. In case you are using the portable CS, just use the picture manager in windows or other software. In case you are using the full version PS CS4, check the bridge on top. What nice about CS4 premium is you can add more plugins like nik software. See image for guide.
1. Just click on the bridge icon.
2. Download the locations of your photos.
3. Run your favorite actions or batch file editing.
