PDF files each one has to have its own unique password

I have hundreds of PDF files and each one has to have its own unique password. Various people are working on these files. I have three hundred and fifty people working for me and they each have a password to access the files. Thirty five contact the administrator of the server to find out if they have access permissions.

Three hundred and fifty people work on three files each, every month (one batch). I need to generate passwords for each file in each batch. How can I do this quickly? Thanks.

hi,

you can do this directly from adobe acrobat.

you need to make sure that no document is open in reader. then go to  Advanced and select Document Processing

now select Batch Processing then select your desired batch sequence and run the sequence. Make sure that  the files you selected to process exist in the same folder. you can select the options if you want to put password on each single file.

apart from that there are many other third party softwares that do the same procedure.
