Hi guys,

I am facing some problems with the parallels panel core module. When I enter the setup, I get an error on my screen.

The screenshot of the error is attached below:

The message states:

Internal error 2715.footer_bg.gif

Any help in this regard will be highly appreciated.

Hi Jeremy,

These steps might get along:

Follow these instructions in uploading structure:

1. Before upgrade put eh folders .skel (Under Plesk > vhosts) and htdocs (Under Plesk > vhosts > default) into a backup folder.

2. The, download this attachment which contains 2 folders: .skel and htdocs. Replace the original folders, which are the ones that were back up with the downloaded attachments.

3. Then you can upgrade Plesk.

4. Then you have to copy back the backup folders: .skel and htdocs in its original locations. That's it.
