Nokia e72 error help please

Salutations everyone,

I having problem with my Nokia e72. I get certificate error every time I go to a website using any browser. I tried to upgrade my firmware but no use. Please help me. I am thinking this is something simple but I do not get it.

Nokia e72 error help please

Hi Crimson Hellkite,

I’m sorry to hear that you are having problems with your Nokia E72 not being able to browse the internet using any browsers. It is a good thing that you already updated the firmware so that makes it easier for us to determine the root of the problem.

The problem you have stems from the phone being able to handle certificates.

There’s 2 options in resolving your concern:

1) Clear your privacy data- click options on the browser and choose “clear privacy data”= click “all.

2) Check the time and date settings on your mobile phone. Make sure that the time and date is correct. I am positive this is what will resolve your concern.
