Need a codec download elements 7 Adobe Premier

I have Adobe Premier Elements 7 and I would like to ask if .mkv files are supported by this application because I cannot use them. Is there a codec download elements 7 Adobe Premier? Where can I download them? Please help me.

Yes, there are many download codecs for Adobe Premiere 7. You will find many codecs from many websites such as- "cnet.com" or "moviecodec.com".

As well as you will also find it out from adobe's official website.

So, follow these suggestions and go to these websites and find out the codec that you want.

Need a codec download elements 7 Adobe Premier

You need to install Avisynth to run .mkv files in adobe premiere 7. 

To install Avisynth, at first click here to install Avisynth in your computer. After install Avisynth, you have to create scripts to frameserve for your original files.

Now to run a .mkv file, you have to create a text file (with .mkv extension) and then use the following text: DirectShowSource("C:path_to_filefilename.mkv").

Then after installing this plug-in, you can easily load .mkv files directly into adobe premiere 7.
