I own a Samsung galaxy grand 2 phone and lately, it has been giving me a headache. Every time I access apps like Whatsapp, it just restarts. Games also face the same problem. I have never rooted the phone and not even done anything off the books with it. What could be the problem and how can I solve it?

I think your phone crashed by a dangerous virus. so you should install, update a latest antivirus and scan your Samsung galaxy grand 2 phone, then remove and delete all viruses. There are two possible reasons that causing you trouble.

1. Virus

2. Unwanted application/ software loaded

So, to resolve that check your phone is loaded with an updated antivirus and that takes auto update after certain times and also scan your mobile at intervals.

Secondly, check all applications loaded on your mobile. Have you downloaded any unwanted application by mistake? If not, and if your mobile has started giving trouble at recent times, find out what applications you have recently loaded. And if possible, remove it.

Also, check usage of different application and if some not so important application is taking much space, remove them.

Stop auto update of most of the applications, unless very important.

If none of these help, go for formatting.
