My browser crashes when I launch the Voice email program

I just installed VEmail voice email program to try out voice email.  As soon as I launch the email program, my browser crashes.  I use Mozilla Firefox Version 20.0.1.  Could the program be not compatible with my browser?

Hi Douglas,

VEmail or Voice Email Software is used mainly to record and send voice messages using client email from your desktop or pocket PC. For desktop, it works on Windows 8, 7, Vista, and older Windows version. You should be aware of your version you're installing to your OS to have a successful VEmail transaction. If you're using the current version of VEmail, make sure you have a 64 bit Windows 8, 7, or Vista computer. As for your concern on browser keep crashing, I recommend on clearing the cache and cookies of your browser then retry to launch VEmail.
