When you say banking software it’s not single software but a wide range of software application. Most important part of this kind of software is transaction handling and backing up data frequently. When you are dealing with money transactions you have to be very careful and accurate with your application and database programming, One single mistake can cause you big troubles in a real time application. Every back has huge back up storage sometimes even out of the country. There doing this to enhance the security as much as possible.

If you are developing a basic banking application consider the following.

• Creating user accounts
• Keeping track on account holders deposits and withdrawals
• Number of accounts per same customer
• Calculating interest rate for a particular time period
