Sir, I am getting an error code 80070020 generated each time I am trying to get my mobile phone updated from Microsoft and similar error is also generated when I am trying to install windows vista update in my PC. So please can you help me to solve this problems?
It may happen when one or two programs or softwares you are working in is creating trouble to install updates .This may happen because you must be having the same file running as your antivirus program or others which are scanning files and creating back-ups. To come out of this problem, first of all shut down your PC and then reboot your system. Now, simply click on windows update, it may happen that now you may be saved from getting error now.
If something like this doesn’t happen then try booting up your system in safe mode. This will surely help you in getting the internet connection, which may help you to get the updates possible and now you can start your Windows normally. And in case of mobile phones just power off your mobile and then start restarting it, You will be able to get the updates.
