Hello Guys!

Does anyone know how to create a simple rotating banner flash template? If so, can you share your expertise and tell us how to create a template? Also, if you can provide a simple tutorial, it would be very helpful.

 I am not very good with html and I want to learn how to create my own template. Can anyone give us tips on how to create a rotating banner template? What is the easiest and best tools to use to create a very good rotating banner? Please guide me.
