What will happen to incandescent bulb.

If it will all be replaced by LEDs as part of the laws imposed by the US government?

LEDs: Its Beginning Of End For The Traditional Light Bulbs

As part of the laws imposed by the US government with regards to incandescent bulb, little by little incandescent bulb will no longer be seen at the market otherwise if the manufacturers of the said product can produce versions of incandescent bulbs which are more energy efficient. Incandescent bulbs will likely to be phase out because United States government is one of the powerful and respective governing bodies in the whole world. In fact different countries are starting to ban the use of incandescent bulbs. Like in the Philippines, the use of incandescent bulbs already decreased because of government pursuant to ban the said product like that of US. They prefer to use LED lamp and compact fluorescent lamp instead of incandescent bulbs because they are more energy efficient.
