Itunes provides worst service for its loyal customers

Itunes is providing the least user friendly service to its customers. Initially I was not able sign in and finally after fighting to log into my account the ITunes Store is down. I cannot buy anything or even update apps from the apps store. I also faced an issue when i purchased an entire tv show series but after just downloading the first episode it asked to purchase the rest by paying more dollars. I think Itunes takes money from customers and never put any effort in making the program and store work for its customers. Any solutions?

If you have been using iTunes for quite some time then I know you are already aware about its errors. I guess iTunes is one of the many applications that are very common to have errors. That’s why, if you are using iTunes, you are required to download the latest version regularly to avoid problems.

To download the latest version, visit Download iTunes 12.0.1. For 32-bit Microsoft Windows, it supports Windows XP Service Pack 3, Windows Vista, Windows 7, and Windows 8. If you have a 64-bit system, visit iTunes 12.0.1 for 64-bit Windows. The 64-bit version doesn’t support Microsoft Windows XP. Also, don’t try installing the 32-bit version of iTunes on 64-bit Microsoft Windows because that will only cause problems.

If you can’t sign in to your account then installing the latest version will probably help. Regarding your download of the entire TV series, I guess you didn’t check the page properly for the actual amount that you should be paying for the entire series. Maybe you clicked the wrong link where you are brought to a page where you purchase the TV series per episode.

Before purchasing anything on iTunes, please read and understand all the information on the page thoroughly so that you won’t get disappointed after purchasing.
