Issues after updating S/MME in Outlook Web Access

After updating the S/MME for Outlook Web Access, the copy/paste feature on test has been disabled. And also the hyperlinks have been disabled as well. How to fix this?

Issues after updating S/MME in Outlook Web Access

Hello Lianne Griffiths,

After the update the process finished did you restart outlook? Because the copy and paste could just have been disabled temporarily but will be enabled once you restart the system and have the settings of the systems, especially outlook refreshed.

You could also try accessing the outlook settings and see if you can enable the feature manually from there, I guess that should be an option that allows you to turn the features ON and OFF, so just go the outlook settings and check that out and see it will help.
