My internet download manager program does not work with Firefox. How can I solve this problem can somebody help me?

Hello
This could be due to your old version of internet download manger program.
So you have to update your internet download manger.
A latest version of Firefox does not support old versions of internet download manger program.
1.  1st you have to uninstall the previous version of internet download manger
2.  Then download the latest version of IDM and install it.
3.  Restart the Firefox and Firefox plug-ins will automatically install.

Hi Jack,
    Aside from making sure that you have the latest version of Internet Download Manager, you need to also check if the integration of Firefox and IDM is enabled. Open the dialog box by clicking Options > General. If it is still not enabled, you need to update IDM extensions by going to the Add ons Tools > Add ons then just remove it and then close and then reopen Firefox it will find and install the latest Add on for Firefox.
