Microsoft Office is a collection of applications, services, and servers developed by Microsoft. They use their widget and are a bit different from the native OS. It comes with the various products like MS EXCEL, WORD, POWERPOINT, JOURNAL, etc. which have their functions. You can use WORD to type stories, novels, etc. and EXCEL to keep track of your databases. Excellent presentation is prompted by the POWERPOINT. So, MS Office is the best office suite.
