Pendrive or USB Sticks can be irritating because of their slow transfer rate which is due to a different factors like: USB Stick version (USB 1.1, 2.0 or 3.0), this also is related to the USB Port version of your PC (USB 1.1, 2.0 or 3.0), PC configuration etc.

Increasing file transfer speed you can follow below steps:-

1. Insert your USB Flash Drive, go to My Computer, locate the drive, right click on it and select Properties.
2. Hardware Tab. All the attached in your system will appear. Here you find your USB Flash Drive, select it and click the Properties button.
3. Go to the Policies Tab and from the Removal policy section select the Better performance option and click OK.
4. Again go to My Computer, right click USB Flash Drive on it and select Format.
5. In the Format window go to the File System drop down menu, select the NTFS file system and click the Start button to format the USB drive.
